To my hunk of a husband. Can you believe that we have already been married for two months, and loving each other for five years? It is so crazy to look back at us so young and ready to take on the world together. We may have had some growing up to do, but the fact that we wanted to make our love last a lifetime is truly amazing.

In the four years we were engaged, we grew so much and accomplished so much together. We moved a total of four times, bought our first home, brought a beautiful baby boy into the world, and so many other incredible things. Even if we didn’t do things the traditional way, we trusted in God’s timing and took everything he gave us as a blessing.

We have been through more than the average couple, and somehow we have had the strength to always overcome. I would be lying if I said that we’ve had it easy, because we have been dealt some rough cards this past year. Some of which have been the scariest moments of our lives thus far. In those moments, when it felt like life was crashing down, you saved me. You wiped away my tears, held me, cried with me, and rebuilt my frail walls with security. You loved all of me, even on my most vulnerable days, and when it’s you that needs saving too, I promise I will love all of you.

Thank you for choosing me to love and grow old with, fail and succeed with, and fight and forgive with. Let’s always remember to lean on each other through our struggles, find happiness in the little things, and make our marriage as beautiful as our wedding day.

I love you most.
